Jeri Castronova, PhD, works with acrylics, mixed media, and oils. Over the years her art has taken many forms, including landscapes, seascapes, children at play and most recently imaginative images into unknown realms of consciousness. The joy of discovery is evident in the spontaneous imagination of her paintings. Vibrant with rich colors and iridescent shapes, they reveal inner depths we all share in our journey to wholeness. With her background as Psychologist and Author she strives to create broad themes of expansion in spirit, poetry and myth. She presents visions beyond our physical reality, exploring the multi-dimensional realms of harmonic creativity.
Jeri's nonfiction book and workbook - Paint the Sky and Dance: Women and the New Myths-present radical new ways of understanding feminine mythology. Her award-winning mystical thriller, Code of the King, and the following books, Quest for the Emerald Tablets, and Master of the Game, complete the trilogy of an Egyptologist's search for ancient wisdom. Return of the Goddess tells the hidden history of Nefertiti, Akhenaten, and Mary Magdalene. The Goddess and the Game Board reveals the Golden Age Game Board brought from Atlantis for our current age.
Jeri is a member of the Sedona Visual Artists Coalition and Arizona Authors Association. She has exhibited her paintings at Sedona Open Studios, Canyons Gallery, Kinion Fine Arts, Cnayon Moon Theatre Gallery, Village Gallery, and the Sedona Arts Festival.
